If you want to change/calculate all integer fields, for example you have pricelist and you want to change all prices in this pricelist, you should take next steps:

1. Open Excel document(for example pricelist), highlight one of the integer fields that you want to change and go to the function field(in the top of the document, under the menu). For example you highlighted field has line 8 and column D, so your field name will be D8, put =D8 value to function field and add some math actions, your function will be like: =d8+100, it means your field value is increased by 100.

2. To make the same things to another fields, highlight the same field, focus your mouse under the right bottom corner, click on it, hold and move it down, so =d8+100 expression will automatically copied to another fields and you will change all your field values within 1 minute. That’s it!
